ROTATING FLOW HEADS

Optimal's Rotating Flow Heads (RFH) provide a safe and economical means of diverting the flow of pressured gas or fluid to a recovery system during MPD or UBD drilling applications.

The RFH consists of three components; The cast ductile Body, which is H2S trim, connects to the top flange on the BOP stack; the Bearing Assembly which houses the Sealed bearing, and the Sealing Element.

On the RD3K unit, the sealed bearing assembly is held in the body by the clamp, and is quickly removed for quick change out or replacement with the snubbing/logging adapter for snubbing or logging operations.
